The exam registration fees Rs.2600/- and you can register for the same by contacting the Prometric centres in your city.
Also, now HP has slightly changed the format of the exam as to one should be also certified in QC exam along with QTP then the person is issued with the certificate. So You have to prepare for QC as well.
But if you only appear for QTP certification examination then prometric provides with the QTP exam score card which is equivalent to the certificate and can be held valid as as Certified QTP tester.

Really need full information. Would you please send me the link where we need to register for the exam.
There is no such website to register for this exam or so.What you have to do is call up the prometric testing centre at your closest location and fix an exam date and time.Thats all and you are done.Its just like registering for GRE and TOEFL examinations.Feel free to email me at mohini.taing@gmail.com if you have any more issues
